Ordering Process

How do I place an order?

  1. Visit the Custom Order Request Tab on our website.
  2. Fill out the order request form.
  3. We’ll email you a price quote and any questions we have to make a cookie set perfect for you! If we do not have availability for that date, we will let you know.
  4. A deposit must be placed in order to secure your custom set. The deposit will be half of the price quote.
  5. Once we have confirmed your order and decided on the details with you, baking and decorating will begin. Once cookies have been baked, there are no refunds.
  6. We will bake, decorate and package your cookies to perfection!
  7. Pick up will be arranged based on availability. If cookies are not picked up, no refund will be given.

Note: Please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to inquiries.

How much notice do I need for ordering cookies?

  • Please give us as much notice as possible! Cookies generally take at least 48-72 hours to be baked, decorated, dried, and packaged.
  • Minimum notice: 2 weeks for custom orders.
  • Late orders (less than 2 weeks’ notice) incur a 25% rush fee, assuming we have the availibility to complete the order in time

Can I place an order without knowing my theme?

Yes! Reserve your date with a $20 non-refundable deposit. Finalize your theme and pay the remaining balance at least 1 week before pickup.

Pricing and Payment

How much are your cookies?

Please refer to our Prices tab for current rates.

When is payment due?

  • Within 48 hours of invoice receipt.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or non-refundable deposit of 1/2 of your quoted price.
  • Large orders may require a larger, non-refundable deposit to hold the date.

Policies

Refund Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 14 business days before pickup for a full refund.
  • No refunds for cookies already baked.
  • Holiday cookies not picked up within 24 hours of the pickup deadline are forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements are made.

Dietary Restrictions

We currently do not offer nut-free or gluten-free options.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We DO NOT ship cookies!
  • We do offer delivery services for an additional fee.

Storage and Handling

Can I freeze your cookies?

Yes! Follow these steps for best results:

  1. Carefully place cookies in a container or ziplock bag.
  2. If using a bag, place it on a cookie sheet for stability.
  3. Stack cookies on their sides when possible.
  4. For boxed cookies, freeze in the original packaging.
  5. Thaw overnight before use.
  6. Important: Do not open the container until cookies are fully thawed to prevent condensation damage.
